Hi everyone, I'm testing my day of defeat server and I want to see if you can see it. I'm unsure about the IP address, though.

The server is being run on my linux box which is under internet connection sharing on my windows XP box. The ip address to the net from my windows box is 66.41.3.162. My ip address on my linux box is 192.168.0.5. I think I enabled my port forwarding correctly, buy I'm not use. I'm trying to forward my port 27015. Could you try these IP address for me to see if you can see the server, please.

66.41.3.162:27015

or

192.168.0.5:27015

I'm thinking the last one won't work. Thanks.

EDIT: The name should be "JetBlack69's MN Server DOD 3.0" or something like that. Thanks again.

I tried the first IP and couldn't get anything... We obviously won't be able to connect to a 192.xx.xx.xx address, however...

Thanks for checking. When I try to enable port forarding, it says "Name or IP Address of the computer hosting the service on your network." I first put 192.168.0.5, my linux IP address. Should I put 66.41.3.162, my net connection ip? Thanks.

Thanks guys, but I still can't forward my port. I won't have my server up any more so you can stop trying to look for it.

Thanks again.
