Can you run PuTTy in the system tray?

I use PuTTy quite a bit to do some tunneling to a UNIX box at home for when I'm on the road at public hotspots, etc. I usually end up with a lot of clutter on my taskbar and the PuTTy window is one less thing I'd like to see...

Is there a way to run PuTTy in the system tray or even in the background?
