can you rename a folder in a zip file?

got a zip file but within it, a folder with a very weird character, so when i try to extract it, it gives me error..

i can open the .zip file w/ winrar and see the files inside the folder, but i can't extract it.

i think i need to rename the folder, but i can't find any option to do it.

if anyone have idea. plz help

Have you tried extracting with different zip programs? Like winrar, or a new version of winzip?

I'm not sure if you can change the folder name in the archive.
