Can you recommend an internal flash card reader?

I'm looking for a no frills basic NAME BRAND (IE - future support, if I need it) flash card reader that works with a modern USB2 motherboard pin header, and fits in a 3.5" drive bay. It just needs to read Compact Flash, MMC/SD cards, Sony Memory Stick, and xD cards.

That's it. Anyone have a really good experience installing theirs, or at least not a bad experience? I keep ordering ones online that turn out to use obsolete connections, and most of the places don't show the connectors, or don't describe them in enough detail.

Thanks!

Every motherboard I've ever owned has had the same usb pin config. I can't imagine that all those flash card reader companies would make them wrong. Anyways, I think I have this brand. Works just fine on XP and Vista.

Guns,
I purchased a standard upgrade kit a few weeks ago with standard connectors. It requires a motherboard USB pin header. I am not sure what you mean by modern, I do not recall an evolution of the connector. If you want mine let me know as I have a dELL and must use THEIR internal reader only (sigh).
