can you put a cpu hsf onto amd761 and via chipsets?

the 99 cent ocz monster 3 (only today) in the hot deals section here might be good to use on the chipsets if it is attachable. i am not at home and on an old computer so i cant look at mine and see how it attaches or if its modifiable.
