Yeah, I parellel park daily.

Most people can't seem to, so those are the spaces often available where I work.

Yes, and I don't have any problems with slightly bumping the cars in front and behind me. After all, that is what the bumper is for.

I haven't parallel parked in over a year, so idk... but when I lived in the city (for 4 years) I had to parallel park almost every single day. I got pretty decent at it.

Its pretty easy usually. You just have to know your car very well. I would say it would take a couple tries on a car that is totally different than what you learned on.

Ive seen bus drivers parallel park their buses between other buses with just mirrors, man that takes a lot of practice! They end up nicely lined up with 3" space between tire and curb, no second tries; just a smooth parking process.

First time I ever parallel parked, I parked my truck. Nailed it first try with inches to spare between a suburban and my aunt's minivan.

I was so impressed with myself. I lived for years in the city, but haven't lived in Chicago in 10 years. My wife and I went into the city in the minivan, and I parked in one shot. Tight space too. I was obscenely proud of myself for the rest of the night.

not very well, so i avoid it when at all possible. plus i feel stupid for some reason for making people wait behind me if i'm trying to parallel park.

I'm not really great at parallel parking... I could probably count on my fingers the number of times I've parallel parked. Since I have exceptionally little experience with such, I intentionally avoid it. That said, I whipped through the "parallel parking test" when I got my driver's license first try, perfectly. *shrug*

Now, if you want to talk about driving a triple-axle or quad-axle implement (in particular, backing up into tight spaces), I'm probably far better than most and not quite as good as some good truck drivers.

I can't. :(

I need more practice. Unfortunately, I never find myself needing to parallel.

I need a car with a turning radius so great that the wheels get orthogonal to the curb. That way I can just sideways my way in.

I can manage, but I'm certainly not an expert and will not attempt it if the space is too small. I failed my driving test twice back in the day because I could not parallel park. I'm a good driver in every other respect though.

I probably can, though not very well. I only have to do it once every few months.

Yeah poll is spelled correctly, but it's the worst fucking poll ever as far as options go.

You're being serial?

1 = ez mode, can do it with eyes closed, lights out, like a back of your hand...
2 = may need some assistance, not an expert at it
3 = have no clues how to, can't park to save life
4 = mortified of it, have to have someone else do it

I thought I was being cleared as day
