Can you overclock a Pentium 4?

So you can change the Quadpumped 100Mhz FSB to something like a Quadpumped 133Mhz FSB to overclock it right?
 
fkloster is running a sweet system... p4 @ 1.8ghz... but if you ask me, thats not what makes the system shine... that damn f500R... now thats something to praise! (btw: its a monitor, sony F500R 21" to be exact)...
