I bought a router (thanks all for helping with that) everything is set up right both comps are well seem to be set up right to share and such with each other but problem is comp #1 (win98) cant access comp #2, but comp #2 (winME) can access comp #1 files, printer and such, so Im wondering if my problem is the two different windows. Comp #1 lists comp #2 in the network but when I click on the icon for comp #2 I get this "\\(name) is not accessible" "The computer or share name can not be found. Make sure you typed it correctly, and try again later" The name is correct and it is showing in my network just cant get to it and its very frustrating having one work but not the other. Any ideas?

Make sure you have File & Printer Sharing turn on.
All puters have to be in the same Workgroup.
All puters have to be in the seme Network under tcp/ip, unless you uses Netbeui protocol.
