Crooked Stick? No idea based on the picture, but that's the only famous course I can think of that's in Indiana.

Nope, away venue for the US team. Regarded as one of the worlds great match-play holes on an otherwise very boring course.

It must be either the K Club or Valderrama. But it doesn't look like either to me.
