Can you make this logo any crisper ?

I'm still working on my son's school website. The jpeg they sent me for the logo is in pretty bad shape. Any photshop experts out there that are bored today ? This is the only pic I have of the logo: HERE

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

It should be a white background. I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the shady lines.

Hrm, the lower case rounded font version just isn't as scary: SHS_web_20.png

It took all my will power not to drop some lens flare on this baby, I'll have to figure out how to make it glossy next time.
