I have Sprint PCS. Can I make a call to England? How much does it cost compared to what it would cost by landline?

You probably can, but I'm sure it's much cheaper by using a calling card.

Agreed.

It's probably at least $1.50 per minute I'm guessing more.

Or you can just pay 3.4 cents per minute from BigZoo.com that's just $2.04 per HOUR

if you are calling during those US national free/unlimited nights and weekend, then dial to England with a phone card that has a US phone #.
