Can you laugh and NOT be annoying?

It seems like EVERYONE has an annoying laugh so I wonder if it's possible for one to laugh VERY VERY hard to relatively hard and not be annoying.

It's only annoying when the person is the kind of idiot who laughs all by themselves when no one else thinks its funny. Otherwise it has to be something like snorting or high pitched or something to be annoying.
