Can you install RAID later?

IC7-G motherboard.

I'm running 2 IDE drives on the intel sata controllers (as separate drives).

I was wondering, if (at a later date) i wanted to switch to RAID, could I enable the intel RAID BIOS and install the raid drivers?

In theory, the Intel RAID will allow you to simply create a RAID 0 array dynamically inside of Windows XP right?
