can you include a rating system

lots of forums have that +1/-1 rating system you can use to rate every post (not thread ratings) this way you can agree or disagree with a post.

I would rather people actually post and state why they agree or disagree with a post. Call me old-fashoined.

Rating systems rarely work well. In fact I can't recall ever seeing one that worked well.

Bash.org has a good rating system but I don't think we have the level of traffic to get an effective system. You need many users to stop idiots abusing the system.

You can already show your agreement or disagreement to a post by adding to the conversation, just agreeing, or by flaming the poster. Why do we need some dumb rating system? So you can see how low your posts would be rated?

Yeah, the old rating system or any system like it sucks. If you piss anyone off they act childish and rate you low. Like Rockband losers who get their ass wipped and quit mid song cuz they are getting trounced then give you a bad rating on xbox live because they are sore losers and hate you because you are better than they are on guitar!
