there's a site that does pretty good morphs into different ages, including gender and race changes. can't remember the site though.
oh and i'd go with 30.

People generally don't change race or gender as a result of aging. Whatever freak show you're referring to probably isn't all that realistic.

The flesh tones and age spots look appropriate but those can be faked with make-up. Look at the pads on her palms though and the age lines on her fingers and knuckles. Without photoshopping those can't be hidden.

Who knows though? Maybe she grew up on a farm and did a lot of manual labor? If she is younger than 40 or 50 then she has old looking hands.
