Can you identify this suv from blurry photos? Involved in hit and run

One of my neighbors had a black suv run a stop sign and tbone them. They had a 4 year old kid in the car. The driver from the suv took off. One neighbor had these security camera photos of the truck before the crash.

Any experts here? Maybe the fender flares, door handles or angles of the windscreen / lights and bumpers give it away. My guess was 2005 Durango

my first thought is a durango as well. looks like it may have some extra lights or something on the front?

It's 100% a 2nd gen Durango, Imo.

Other possibility is the rare 2007-2009 Chrysler Aspen lookalike.

We have a friend's black 2005 Durango out front (dropping a new engine in) and it looks the same. The grey/silver line along the bottom of the doors is the running board.

I hope they find the hit & run driver and nail their rear to the wall.

this is exactly why i use hikvision 6mp cameras. ya looks like a durango, that pos hit run driver ugh.
