can you identify these electronic songs?

Well, the whistling definetally isn't original...taken from another song, movie, tv show, or something...

As far as the electronic songs' names are concerned, I'm at a loss and I listen to a pretty wide range of electronic music.
 
The first one bares a striking resemblance to New Order.

By the sound I would make a guess it is from the mid - late 80's.

they're from a megamix. there's a bit more to each one, but the clips I posted have the major parts

electronic music with male voices = bleh

did u try looking them up on gracenote? i dont know either of them and they dont sound to original, kinda like every other trance/electronic song iv heard.

edit: who does the mix? im betting its not a very big name dj. it has a home grown late 90's sound to it. american party trance or german.
