Bummer...

However, the last time I checked, companies in America aren't required to donate money and goods to every family that has septuplets. Just because they do it for one doesn't mean they have to do it for another.

The same rational can be applied to the Jeesica Lynch/Shoshana Johnson situation. Jessica Lynch may not have a great story, but U.S. companies know they will make a lot of money with it. Shoshana Johnson doesn't have a good story either, and U.S. companies know they will not make a lot of money with it. The fact that they chose to go with Jessica Lynch is smart business, not racism, as some would have us believe. Plus, didn't Jessica Lynch's unfortunate situation occur before Shoshana Johnson's?

Americans really need to drop this whole mentality of entitlement. My goodness.

So Jessica is entitled to what she is getting why?

BTW - I didn't mention racism I just put out the facts.

It's simple really. Shoshana = not pretty, almost looks like a man.

So are you saying if Shoshana looked like Halle Berry her story would have been bigger than Jessicas? I don't think you quite get it.

Umm, yup that about sums it up. Sad but true, in the electronic media age it dosent matter if your are good, feel good, or do good things..... its if you look good.

I don't think she should be honored just because she is black.

Anyways, we hear more about Johnson than the other people she was held prisoner with. Why? I wonder if the caucus praised them, too.
