Maybe add in a few 250lb guys that can bench twice your weight running at you at full speed just waiting to give you a concussion all while trying to hit that, then we're talking a hard sport.

Curveballs are easy to hit. Give me a low inside slider, that's about the hardest it'll ever get, and that's not saying much. If you want to try something that's actually hard to hit, go play professional ping pong.

sorry, but that is not what the players have to deal with.

a curve ball actually moves in the air, it doesn't 'appear' to move as this illusion does.

That being said, despite having the aptitude for it, I found baseball extremely boring and non-athletic. I never had much interest in it.

I think the slowness really turned me off, same with golf. At-bats were okay, but knocking it past the outfielders every single time then having to sit around for the next 20 minutes really turned me off.
