Drink four times as much water as you think you need. A good thing is what I was told in the army: "If you're pissin' yellow, you're WRONG!."
Drink however much it takes to piss clear most of the time. Yes, this means more trips to the piss-pot daily, but the benefits are worth it.

How does more water help lose weight? Or is it just that your body retains less when you are constantly drinking it?
