The Alaskan fisherman/crab fisherman certainly qualifies on the injury aspect, but I doubt they have the heat problem or the lousy pay to contend with.
 
alasken crab fisherman is the most deadly job...i would consider that the most dangerous...sports mascot you get injured if you make a mistake...alasken crab fisherman you can die even if you are doing everything right
 
How about this job dad:

Diving into a pool of blood naked and armed with nothing but a pointy stick to dislodge bones stuck to the turbine blades in a cattle slaughter plant.
