Can you go #2 in public restrooms? ...or just at home?

So we were having this discussion at lunch, and some of my friends refuse to take a #2 anywhere but the comfort of their own homes. As for me I'll go anywhere as long as I got my tp.

clean bathroom at school, 3 sheets
clean restaurant bathroom, 5 sheets
semi-clean restaurant bathroom, 7 sheets

anyone carry lysol with them at all times?
