Sorry, forgot about this thread. I don't know if patent law is saturated, from the looks of it still seems it's still a good option (and well-paying), especially for EE degrees. I'm not going into it myself because I majored in psychology instead of sticking with microbiology (big mistake). I'd like to do other forms of IP litigation, but I'll see.

Do you know if getting a Masters in EE helps out any or if it's worth it to pursue patent law at a non-top rated school?

I'm actually taking an IP Law for Engineers course and it's really interesting.

Dude I think you should forget about law school. Go to Pimp School. That's where the real money is. Plus the hours are better.
 
According to the chance calculator, my GPA of 0.01 and my LSAT score of 180 will get me into about 93 different law school.
