Lots of teeny tiny nanobots They just need to add a glowing display...iirc they recently figured out how jellyfish and fireflies and whatnot "glow" and are already making weird applications like this:

All they'd need to do is implant that into the rectangle on your skin and you'd have a night-visible OLED monitor
