Can you get carpal tunnel from this?

I can see display technology being able to do that fairly soon, but what kind of equipment would need to be in the body to actually monitor all that information?

Lots of teeny tiny nanobots 😀 They just need to add a glowing display...iirc they recently figured out how jellyfish and fireflies and whatnot "glow" and are already making weird applications like this:

All they'd need to do is implant that into the rectangle on your skin and you'd have a night-visible OLED monitor 😀
 
That's pretty sweet, but my fingers are too big for it 🙁

How about something that displays over your retina and you can control is with your thoughts? 😀 Too much?
