Can you get an audigy card to recognize front connectors?

Can you get the audigy2 microphone and headphone jack to be routed to front connectors (top connectors) or will that ONLY work with the onboard audio.
I know Creative has that front plate you can buy seperately...would rather use these however. 🙂

 
This gets asked once in a while, try Advanced Search - Archived threads, general hardware, "audigy" to find one of the threads that includes a link to the pin outs / modding info.
