Can you get a zombie pregnant?

I was looking at that zombie show on AMC or TBS or whatever station it was and one of the zombies looked like she was a hottie before she turned undead.

So if I snuck the pickle in her, could she get pregnant? And if she did, would it be wrong to suggest an abortion? I really don't want a zombie kid, that would be really messed up.

Good question. I don't know the answer, but it would be wise to not share your Zombie Lover with others and use a Condom.
