Can you game with only an ATI Mastercard?

Just wondering if it is possible to only game with a mastercard and then later pick up a cheaper 1900xt. It seams the single cards drop in price but the mastercards hold their value.

Anyway, yes you can game on just a Mastercard...it's basically a X1900XT isn't it?

Short answer, yes. Long answer, it's not worth getting a the mastercard if you're not going to go crossfire with it. It'll just be a glorified X1900XT for instance and you can get an X1900XT for a much cheaper price. I'd recommend going with a normal card and then getting the mastercard at a later date should you wish to go crossfire.

he's right , unless there is some impending shortage of the "master" cards coming up that I don't know about , and in that case. "Get em while they are hot!! "
