Maybe the assembled masses can help me find 2 items I need/want and can't find.
The catch is, they must be available for purchase and shipping to the US.

1) Gigabyte GA-7PESH3 motherboard

2) Club3D Multi Stream Transport Hub CSV-5300

CSV-5300 is out of stock the few places that even know it exists. Including the couple of Club3D resellers in Germany I looked at. Bizlink also has product pages for an MST Hub, but it's apparently not available either. Amazon does have an "MST Hub" available, but it's... clearly some kind of scam thing. Nothing but 1-star reviews, maximum supported resolution of 3840x1024... weird.

You're probably better off in the short term buying monitors that support daisy chaining. Although they're pretty pricey.
