can you find out where I can find the WWDC Video

Of course you can't. Search for Worldwide Developer's Conference. Search for "WWDC" or "WWDC Video". Learn to use a damn search engine. If you aren't finding what you're looking for, try changing your search criteria.

Maybe you should try using yours. The speech was this morning. Assuming someone recorded it and put it online, it cant be more than 3 or 4 hours old.

How fast do you think google indexes things?

Oh, so it's my fault he can't find it? Maybe you should be telling him this instead of me, since he's the one looking for it.

It's not your fault he can't find it. It is your fault that you're giving sh!tty advice and telling someone to search google for something that can't possibly be on google yet.

Have you ever heard the idea of teaching a man to fish versus giving him food? Give a man a fish and he'll be full for a day; teach a man to fish and he'll be full for life. Same principle. Give a man search results and he'll have what he's searching for that once; teach a man to search and he'll always find what he's searching for.

I also like the version that goes "Give a man fire and he'll be warm for the night; set him on fire and he'll be warm for life." 😀

Well, not trying to throw a rock into things, but if google just happens to "scheduled" to index a page right as the speech goes online, then there you go.

I haven't the slightest clue what the Worldwide developers conference is, but it sounds like programming stuff. If it's a big conference, you should be able to find some info on pages like slashdot.

Great. Now he's going to be less inclined to do his own damn work and more inclined to post more of these "everyone else do my work for me" threads, just like everyone else. Great.

Contrary to popular belief, I'm quite content.
