I was thinking. If you are in the Eastern US time zone and fly west, you gain hours by the time zone right? So what if someone flew in a hypothetical unlimited fuel plane west around the globe for eternity...as long as it took less than an hour to get to the next time zone would you gain time forever, almost going back in time?

I don't know what's worse, the fact that you don't know what an international date line is or the fact that you're flying the wrong direction to "go back in time"

I'll Google that. I just thought perhaps you could almost go backwards in time as long as you kept in front of the time change.

It still makes sense to me...if it takes 4 hours to move 6 time zones, aren't you gaining 2 hours? So do that to infinity and it's like that Curious Case of Benjamin Button kinda thing or something.

Are you guys posting Star Trek pictures because what I'm theorizing has to do with travel and space? And seriously, it makes sense to me. I know it would suck to live in a plane forever, but until we figure out how to move faster, doesn't it makes sense that the clock would constantly go backwards?

What happens when you fly over Greenwich?

We have absolutely no reason to believe physics is not constant. And what do you mean by "time does not exist"?

We do have reason to believe physics are not constant and time, like any other measurement, is not something that exists. You cannot go forward or backwards through time because it is not a destination. That is why time travel is impossible, it is nonsense to begin with.
