Can you enjoy a song in a foreign language?

you are looking at over 1M in cosmetic surgery 😛

I always wonder why people feel the need to share such nonsense. This thread is simply sharing what music people listen to. It's like people who feel the need to throw a jab at their least favorite politician in any thread the get a chance, even if the thread subject has nothing to do with their comment.

I have been following Kpop for a little while now. The plastic surgery thing for SNSD pops up every now and then, usually from anti-fans or haters in general. There is no proof of it whatsoever. And even if there was, why people find the need to share it every place then can just befuddles me.

I did hear though, that George W. Bush offered to pay for their surgery.

I do enjoy their singing.... SNSD - Jessica & Tiffany - Only One For Me http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bp1YK7sh2a0

SNSD is more of a commercial formula but they do have some catchy sounding songs that get stuck in your head like Gee.

I know more about SNSD than I care to admit. Besides producing their glossy cutesy main tunes they've participated in many other individual and group or partial group efforts like variety shows, dance battles, dramas, mc's, radio dj's, commercials, etc... Several of them are still taking college classes. Two of them have starred in on stage musicals. There have been several staff accounts from people who expected snobby spoiled stars who had to admit the girls were as down to earth as anyone, sharing/serving food to staff members, handing out individual thank you notes, etc..

Anyways, there a lot more than meets the eyes, you just need to look.....

Way back when I was a youngin, (1964,65). The Beatles released "Komm, gib mir deine Hand" ( I Want To Hold Your Hand) on the US Capitol label LP 'Something New'. This actually got radio airplay in the Philadelphia market. I remember hearing it more than once as a 10 yr. old on either WIBG or WFIL. (One bonus point if you remember the nickname for WIBG.)

Yes, even if I don't understand the language at all.

I regularly listen to music sung in Gaelic. Occasionally in Russian and Japanese or other languages.

Listening to foreign music is no different than English music to me. I generally don't listen to the lyrics in music anyway. To me the lyrics are just another instrument, another sound, not words.
Yeah, i'm the same way for the most part.

The only bands i have in my collection that i can think of off the top of my head that aren't in English are Trust (French) & Loudness (Japanese).

I could care less, that is a lot of hawt hawt asian...parts, etc.

That picture is a couple of years old.

Newer picture taken for their current promotion in Japan:
