They do have a lot of monounsaturated fats, but eating a lot of it isn't good. If that was the case, no one would think twice about eating food fried in peanut oil.

I didn't check. I assume chunky based on the inflammation.

Spaghetti for dinner didn't help, now I have heart burn.

Damn, 2/3 of a pound of peanuts? You sure busted a lot of nuts in your mouth there. Definitely got your protein tonight, that's for sure.
