I didn't have time to prepare food for the day this morning, so I grabbed a 16 oz. canister of peanuts. It was about 2/3rds full. Dry roasted, no salt. I've eaten all of them, so about 10-11 servings. 1600 calories, 70 g of protein, 60 g of carbs, 140 g of fat. But peanuts are supposed to have "good" fats, right?

As long as you have them with beer it's fine. At least they were unsalted.

What does this entail?

You grow a top hat and monocle and are forced into a lifetime of servitude to Planters.

Peanuts have plenty of fiber.

Edit: In fact, 1600 calories gives about 100% of the daily recommended value.

16oz is nothing. You know those giant jars of peanuts Costco has? I once nearly downed all of that in one day. They were salted too. Didn't feel so good the next day...

Well crap I'm sure you didn't. I'm glad I didn't do that, I feel fine so far. Maybe a bit bloated. No monocles yet, either.

After several hours of, um, analysis, I've come to the conclusion that yes, you can eat too many peanuts. I suggest you all avoid this.
