Apple Butter is a good way to mix it up. Otherwise the Peanut Butter + honey/bananna is good (nuke PB + bananna + marshmello for extra goodness).

Ok, I did some calculations.
In a week at work, if I eat out it will usually run me about $6 a day. Sometimes I'll splurg and hit $10 or so, which isn't too smart. Here's a month breakdown:
$30 X 4 weeks = $120
Loaf of bread, PB and J for 4 weeks:
$12 + $3 + $3 = $18
Oh man, score!

cup ramen in boxes at ktown is like $0.10 per ramen.
 if you got time, toss in some lettuce, egg, and spam/ham/whatever and turn a plain old ramen into a pretty decent lunch.

I alternate between creamy and chunky peanut butter and grape and raspberry jam. That's 4 possible combinations!
8 if you take sandwiches with ONLY PB or ONLY J
