I made myself throw it up the second time because after the first time I had a horrible stomach ache. However, the guy who did it in 45 seconds did not throw it up.

I wouldn't say he's over 220. He's a big guy, but not that big. His house picked the medium to be milk precisely because they regularly engage in milk-chugging. Last year it was soda, and two years ago it was cottage cheese. That was interesting.

BS, a gallon is nothing. Maybe stomach alone can't but with intestinal tracts/and body absorbing the water, you can do way more.
