It's natural to pick at things on our body that we don't want there.

Not everything in the nose comes out on a kleenex. Unless you dig with a tissue, and then the only difference is your finger is merely wrapped in a tissue.

What's on the girl's face in the first pic? It looks like either donut glaze or.... something else. I think possibly she got a little of the "something else" in her nose and is digging it out
