contrary to popular belief, the security at "deposit rooms" is extremely high.

I only deposit checks in ATM's, for cash transactions I always use the teller window.

I don't know if it was ever corrected, but, seemed like they lost their $$$. And it was done at the actual branch and not 3rd party atm, so, you would think it was safe.

Seems like if you do banking with Wells Fargo, and post on ATOT at all, then you probably should avoid this type of transaction.
Other combinations may be better/worse.![]()
