and i even saw on newtons apple on ch. 2- they said that your joints have air bubbles between them (could be nitrogen to, i can't remember) but when you crack your nuckles, back, neck, or other joint you pop that big bubble into lots of tiny bubbles and they also said that the arthitis is a myth
