Spending time with someone..all the talking...the physical...can you discipline yourself...to say no...I am not falling for this person...OR is it more out of control and on fire that you find yourself head over heels with them..?

Elaborate a bit..

If you are not weak minded you can convince yourself of anything. You can always pick out a flaw in someone and focus on that to alter your feelings and you can always come to the realization that you only you think you're in love with someone because of "x" (with x being, the way they look, they way they are with kids, the way they treate you, etc.) but you're not in love with the total package.

This only works if you realize that you're falling in love. If you've already fallen into it, you're screwed. :brokenheart:
