Can you consume too much water throughout the day?

We have 8 periods in school, and I drink a 20 oz bottle of water twice every period.
When I get home, I drink at least 2 more gallons. School periods last 48 minutes, with a 3 minute passing-period.

I'm trying to shed some pounds by lifting weights, I've been taking dietary protein, these metabolism-boosting pills 40 mins before I work out, and am going to start taking Hydroxycut Hardcore.

So, is all this water bad for my diet? I think I'm physically addicted to water, and I have no idea why. I urinate about every 30 minutes.

Also, another random question, does eating to much cheese make you constipated?

Yes, if you drink that much though it could be the early stages of diabetes though, go to your doctor and get some tests done.

Look at the early stages overthirst is a sign your body is trying to compinsate for not working right anymore.

You mean English, right?

Actually, when talking about a class, it would only be capitalized when talking about a specific class, (English II)

We, or I, was talking about english in general.

Uh, no, English is a language, therefore it takes a capital letter.

Seeing as he said in school, it would relate to some type of class on english.
Anyway -- I don't want to argue.

The risk is hyponatremia, the removal of too much salt, electrolytes, from the body by pissing too much.

I'm honestly worrying about this. I have been doing this for about a solid 3 months, 5-6 days a week.

Let's get this straight: Never, I repeat, never, is the word "English" spelled without a capital "e". Never.

That's a lot water. You must feel like you have to piss all day long, in spite of relieving yourself every 30 minutes.

I would have to get a catheter.

And yes, cheese can constipate you, especially if you've cut way down on the bulk of food you were eating. Find a fiber cereal or supplement and partake of it.
