not only can I change a tire, I can also mount and dismount a tire plus do a wheel balancing... assuming I have access to the right equipment.

anyways the real issue is that most people don't keep their spare tire inflated.. they only top up the other 4 when doing the maintenance:p

Absolutely, I've done many of my own oil changes on bikes and cars I've owned over the years. I've replaced brake calipers, shocks and struts, O2 sensors, exhaust systems, headers, rebuilt carbs, replaced lifters (had to remove the intake manifold), replaced radiators, thermostats and even a water pump.

I timed myself and have removed an engine in 24 min.

Cool. How long to put one back in?

With or without parts left over?

oooo yes this is a killer for most people. I don't consider it a success unless all the bolts that were removed to remove said item is put back on.

I can call AAA.

I've never done it before, tbh, but I've seen people do it and imagine that I could figure it out between second hand knowledge and my car owners manual if I ever had to.

I haven't had a flat yet, But I can change my oil and take apart my doors, so I think I can untwist a few screws and put it back on. Loosen when wheel is still on the ground, then lift and unscrew the rest.

And Since I Jinxed my self ill be having a flat tire soon. Thanks OP

I can change oil and change a flat. I can do both quite quickly, and I've done them frequently. I even had to rotate a few times using the spare as the swap out. Took awhile, but it was because of a bent rim throwing off my alignment so I put it on the back until I could get it replaced.

I call AAA when I either don't have a spare for some reason or I have more than 1 flat.

I know how, and I have done it. In my case, however, I pulled out my spare and found it to be completely flat (it was never used or punctured, I guess it just had a slow leak). A good samaritan who had an air compressor inflated it for me, though.

Advice: Keep an air compressor and a decent tire iron in your car at all times. The little dinky tire irons that a lot of cars come with may not give you enough leverage to get a bolt off after some guy with an air wrench tightens them.

Just use a torque wrench instead of a gun to put the tires on, and then you won't have a problem with over tightening (unless you set the wrench wrong).

I even repair my own punctures. :)
This.

I can't do that, my spare isn't a match for the rest.

I've done it a few times. Much easier when you have a nice jack and not on the side of a busy interstate in the pouring rain. That was the pain when a blew a rear tire on my GTO. It was a raining day, in work clothes, on the freeway, in rush hour traffic and to top it off, the tire didn't fit back into my trunk so it stuck out most of the way.

My current car didn't come with a spare. Not sure what I'm really suppose to besides fill it with fix-a-flat and inflate it back up.

I know how but the one time I actually had to do it I couldn't get one of the lugnuts off.
