Can you buy pre-paid sim cards in the US?

I have a relative from Australia who needs a sim card with pre-paid minutes for their phone, but I've never seen that around here. Do any companies sell them?

You can get T-Mobile ones off eBay. You are supposedely able to go into a T-Moble store and get them, I have never been successful and the people always just look at me like i am crazy.
 
I have a Rogers SIM card from a phone that I unlocked for my personal use (I'm using it with my provider's SIM card). I never knew there was a market for the SIM card alone, PM if you need to use the phone in Canada, I'll send it to you for the cost of postage.
 
Thanks, they tried a cingular store down the street and were able to just get a $15 card. I'm surprised prepaidgsm.net doesn't have that listed.
