Are they even Baptists? I'm Baptist and have been to TONS of baptist churches (probably 40+ all over the US) and not one acted like that... They just sound like loons with the name Baptist in them... Sure we don't agree with the lifestyle, but hell... no Baptist I know would do that.

There are rights protected by the Constitution, but these rights should coexist with basic human decency. Protesting at a funeral is nothing more than a childish 'recruitment' ploy by a group of fanatical zealots hiding behind the 1st Amendment. It serves to accomplish nothing but increase their own notoriety, which I assume they must see as fighting the 'good fight' - equating their own persecution as 'Christ-like'.

If they ever made it to the funeral of someone I knew personally, I'd invoke a little of my own Biblical justice - eye for an eye? I'm no Gandhi, and this particular breed of self-proclaimed Christians is more dangerous than any Ang Lee film ever could be.
