Can you apply filters to old email in Lotus Notes?

I just created a folder in Notes and setup a rule to send emails from certain addresses to the folder. Is there a way that I can apply that rule to Emails that are currently in my inbox? I can't seem to find much on good or in the stupid help file.

Look at upgrading to the Open NTF templates (search google for it), and see if the admin can make something decent from it.

Until then, if your administrator allows, you will need to build an agent instead of a filter.

The far easier way is to sort by who sent the email and select them and manually move them over.

And yes, Lotus Notes is THE premier POS for mail clients. Since you are on an older version, look at getting the outlook connector working 😉 You can actually SEARCH your email!
