The free fan offer was replaced a couple of weeks ago with the "free shipping if total order is over $50 offer". BTW, you didn't miss much. The fan I got looks like it was worth about $4.00.

Glad to hear things might improve with their response time.
 
I got the free fan and four gorbs. It took almost ten days to get here to canada but it could be problems this side of the border.
They were slower than other companies I've dealt with in the states but can't beat the price.
Yeah, the free fan offer has been replaced. Mine's in my computer now.

One other thing for those ordering from them to ship to canada, they use usps which sends to canada post who holds the shipment and charges you gst, pst! and a five dollar handling charge to collect it from you!

It's best to use a courier as they only charge gst or if its shipped privately, like my compuwiz cel2, no charges.
