I don't know about white people but for you, make a nice size hole on the top of the du-rag so you can slide it always down to your neck. Grab both du rag tails firmly and thithen up as much as you can. If loss of conciousness occur, don't worry, you will regain it as you let go of the tails.

I've also seen this. Get's kind of stuffy under your helmet when it's humid out. Helmet gets all covered in sweat without anything to cover your sweaty head. Or you could just ride with no helmet if you're in PA.
