is blight ever a problem??
Imported from North America.
America fuck yeah!
is blight ever a problem??
Activated carbon adorbs lots of impurities, and possibly anything that codistills with the water/ethanol azeotrope, so it might be beneficial, but I recall a test that didn't show much difference. Point being, activated carbon works for.much more than chlorine and chloramines.Brita filters use carbon to absorb chlorine and chloramines. It removes the foul taste and smell from chlorine that tap water has to prevent bacteria growth.
So unless Popov has a chlorinated taste, or some other impurity that carbon will absorb it probably won't do much.
By the way try a temperature controlled TDS meter on the water before the Brita filter and after. The readings will be the same. It doesn't filter dissolved solids at all. You need an RO filter for that. You can get those meters for around $15-$20 online if you're interested in water quality.
Never heard of this instant pot. Interesting...
They did this on Mythbusters and found that running it through a Britta filter had no effect.Activated carbon adorbs lots of impurities, and possibly anything that codistills with the water/ethanol azeotrope, so it might be beneficial, but I recall a test that didn't show much difference. You are the one that mentioend the potatoe famine and then quoted scripture saying God help those that help themselves.
That verse is not actually in the Bible.
