Can we setup a SetiQ for the TA members?

I'm willing to setup a SetiQ for us, the TA people, so I can help to breath a little bit easier to the other Q (like OK), the only thing I will need help, because I'm behind 2 firewalls (hardware and software), my connection is a ADSL and I have a spare pc (learning Linux), to be use a s a server.
Any ideas?
