Can u help me??

wellcky, have you tried putting them on different slots? could be a problem with a particular slot, i had that problem when i got an abit bh6 a while back. i assume you did do a memory test (can run memtest.exe -search google).

also, are they the same brand/speed/CAS settings?

I'm not familar with how many slots you have.

But I assume that slot 1 works fine.

Now try a memory stick in slot TWO and leave slot ONE unpopulated.

Now try a stick in slot 3 if you have it.

Now try a stick in slots one and three.

This may help define if there is a problem on the motherboard with something physical. Then look to see if you can see a contact problem such as plastic in the way.

Try slowing down the memory settings also if the above don't work just to see the results.

muttley

There have been some reports of slowing with multiple sticks of PC3200 and a few cases of PC2700 reported for one of the Gigabyte boards with the SIS 648 chipset. I'm not familiar with your board.
Are you overclocking? I had that kind of problem until I brought the FSB back down to specs with a P4 2.4 533. The same memory was fine sightly OCed from a P4 1.8a 400. Go figure.

Thanks for the help guys, I'll try alternating slots this weekend after I update the bios.. who knows! 😕
